I'm Sarah, thank you for visiting my website! Ceramics has always been in my blood, my paternal grandmother worked in the potteries in Stoke-on-Trent and my maternal grandfather was a potter in Italy for decades. I have always been drawn to clay but a few years ago I decided to have a career change and took the plunge to leave my job in banking and study for a BA in Ceramics at Cardiff Metropolitan University. After a lot of fun and hard work, I graduated in 2015. Since then, I've continued working with clay and have set up my own small studio based in central Cardiff. I work with porcelain and earthenware clays, hand throwing and decorating beautiful objects for the home. I make things that bring me joy and I hope they'll make you feel happy too.
